Lumina Solar

I had an outstanding experience with Lumina Solar from the start. My journey actually began over two years ago with Gabriel, my salesperson. I was quite reluctant to commit at first, but Gabriel was incredibly professional and stayed in touch without ever being pushy. He even made sure my neighbor would receive a referral bonus since they were the ones who recommended me. Gabriel’s flexibility was key. He was even willing to alter the panel configuration to ensure there were no cuts to my bedroom ceiling for the inspection. Mark, the inspector, was equally impressive. He was kind, courteous, and very thorough, walking me through exactly what he was inspecting in the garage for the EV plug, as well as the attic and basement areas. Throughout the project, Luisa, the project lead, did a fantastic job keeping me aware of everything—scheduling, permits, and all upcoming home visits. They even took the extra step of handling the entire HOA application for me. If you’re looking for a solar company that is patient, professional, and handles every detail, go with Lumina.

Great experience with Lumina Solar. Smooth process. Clear and quick communication. Took a bit longer than expected for installation, but understandable considering the tax credit was ending. Ultimately, everything was installed quickly and professionally and the system is working great. Excellent and knowledgeable sales rep. Highly recommend.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience with Lumina despite some challenges related to PosiGen. Throughout those testing times, Ali stood out as the one person who remained consistently professional, responsive, and solution-oriented. From the beginning, Ali demonstrated strong ownership of the project and a clear commitment to making sure everything was handled properly. Even when external issues created delays and uncertainty, she maintained clear and timely communication, explained the situation transparently, and managed expectations with professionalism and confidence. Rather than avoiding difficult conversations, she addressed concerns directly and worked proactively to move things forward. What I appreciated most was her calm and steady approach during a period that could easily have become frustrating. Ali remained patient, respectful, and focused on solutions, ensuring that progress continued despite obstacles outside her control. Her technical understanding and attention to detail were evident during troubleshooting and testing, and she made sure everything was fully functioning before considering the work complete. Ali’s professionalism extended beyond the technical side — she consistently followed up, kept me informed, and treated the project with genuine care. It was clear that she took personal responsibility for delivering a positive customer experience, and that made all the difference. In short, while there were hurdles along the way, Ali’s leadership, professionalism, and dedication turned the process into an exceptional experience. I truly appreciate her efforts and would confidently recommend working with her.

Lumina Solar was a fantastic company to work with! The panels and inverters are all top of the line and Lumina offers them at a very competitive price. Gabriel, our representative, was excellent and his communication was prompt, clear, and thorough. He was instrumental in helping us secure a competitive solar loan rate and continued to support us throughout the entire installation process. We appreciated the regular updates and the help we received in understanding tax rebates, how to use the enphase app, and warranty details. Highly recommended!
