Maryland State Solar salesperson Zach did an outstanding job while explaining how having solar panels would be a great benefit to our household. He took his time to explain every detail and answer each question that was asked of him. He answered each email and text without fail. He personally came to our house with a manual explaining the process with all attachments that we were provided at the time of the service. He's very easy to talk with and will explain things over and over if needed, and with me that was the case; it was a great experience working with Zach. They were awesome. The set-up and install was super easy. Reid walked us through everything, including the 10-year heat map to help us select the best location for the panels, lifespan and warranty of the panels, and all the required steps for the federal and state credits. The panels look great! We can't wait to start using them!
Reid and Karl are too easy to work with. I was hesitant about who I went with and they never pushed or bothered me. They were completely honest about everything and never tried to convince me to get anything I didn’t need. ACTUALLY they did the opposite. They were the ONLY people I truly believe that looked out for my best interest in this whole process. I talked to many companies and did a lot of research myself. I’m positive I made the right choice with them. Everyone I had dealt with through the entire process to include installer to finance people were just great! The whole process was professionally handled form start to finish. Reid was outstanding, and answered all our questions without fail. The installation was seamless, and it was obvious that the crew, especially George, was intent on doing a good job. The finished install looks amazing, and I am very particular. It looks so good, that a number of our neighbors asked who did the work for us.
