I have been provided with a date to pick up for a new bank of batteries, approximately 3 weeks after placing the order, via a distributor, but when I arrived to pick them up was told that they didnt receive them. Now, three months later, i still dont have my batteries, and no effort was made even once to provide an update when i may receive them. Companies who have no care altitude do not deserve to stay in business!
