BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has misleading, deceptive and manipulative sales practices, with agents that willingly and fraudulently misrepresent the capabilities of their panels and the company has no accountability for the fraudulently business practices of their sales representatives. They claim your energy bill would be drastically reduced to the point your power company may be paying you for the use of the extra energy when in actuality they don't produce the energy they claim. They claim it's a back up power source when you actually need a $10,000 battery that they don't offer for that feature to work. You actually pay more for the lease than you actual save on your bill. When you factor the small reduction and the cost of the lease, it adds up to be about what you were already spending. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artist.
System worked great for about 9 months. Drastically reduced my electric bills. Suddenly, the system stopped working. They sent a tech out to turn the system back on, but less than half of the panels are functional. I was told I would be contacted for an appointment to repair the rest of the system. Now, I've been waiting for almost six months for an appointment for repairs. Only a few panels are working, my electric bills are back up by about $300 a month, and no timeline on when a repair will be made. They constantly contact me for payments with no idea about when the repairs will be made.

If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would! First Sam from Posi-Gen Solar came out and talked really well and showed documents about soar panels. After going over the documents and discussing with others, I contacted him back. Skip ahead. No name contact installers show up. While connecting to my electrical box, they decided to try to climb up on my A/C pipes attached to my wall. Well surprise! When I got home, no A/C. Contacted my contact A/C company, they cane out after 5pm and expirations someone used a step stool and tried to climb up and pulled out the pipe and wires to my system, $450 to fix. Contacted Sam and relayed my displeasure with PG and their hired installers and expected to get reimbursed and emailed him a copy of my paid bill. Heard from him maybe twice then silence. Problem two: power company has been emailing PG and me about their equipment not being rated high enough for the grid. Multiple emails by then and me and NO RESPONSE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Part 2: move ahead four weeks from installation, a major storm comes through the area dumping a ton of rain. Low and behold, in the same area, the roof was damaged and it leaked into my home. Now I have mold and mildew in my master bedroom and master bathroom. These people were told about the issue and did nothing. Not surprised!!They were told to come and remove all of their products from my home. Never came.Their incompetence is costing me a fortune.Now I have to hire another company to remove their junk and toss it to the road.Oh yea, they sent an email with anther contact stating they'll come remove it IF I hold them without blame. YEA RIGHT. Not going to happen!!DO NOT USE POSI-GEN SOLAR
They íntalled a used unit on our building. It takes them 1 years and 1/2 and still have problem activating. The system still show fault red light. We need to report them to better bussiness bureau.
