Do Not sign up with this company they are a scam they tell you they will pay for the first 2 years of the solar panels. However even before the solar panels went up I had to pay for them and I still till this day have not received the check they promised for my first 2 years. Also the loan company they use Mosaic is a predator lender and after the first year asks for 10,000 tax credits or they raise the payment from 150-250. Which if you don’t have an accountant it’s very difficult to get that tax credit. Also they damaged my roof and won’t pay for the damages. My roofer says that condition of my roof should have disqualified me from getting the solar panels. Which show how money hungry this company is that they rather damage my roof then lose a sale. I regret ever contacting them. They are deeply unprofessional since they don’t answer there phone anymore and no one ever has answers. When I asked for the check for 2 years to include the rate change from 150-250 they said they couldn’t do that mean while I’ve been waiting 2 years for their error and neglect. There is no additional insurance for the solar panels if they are damaged it’s part of your home insurance which will increase your rate.

I’d leave a zero stars or even -10 star if I could!! Sorry crooks won’t even come finish what they started and been paying for solar over a year now and have never had it!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They damaged our roof on our porch! Was supposed to be on the house and they placed them on the roof of our deck!!! Damaged it and it leaks and needs replaced and they keep stalling!its literally bowing May collapse!!! They are scammers! Total ruin your life!
My husband has called a million times and they keeps blowing him off! That’s 75,000 dollars down the drain!

Not knowing much about Solar and listening to the salesman I signed the contract. But after researching it and finding out that my electric company in Alabama is going to make it difficult for me I would prefer not to have the system installed. I wish the salesperson would have mentioned this to me ahead of time so that I could have made a better choice. At this time I would like to get of of the contract.

Never worked with such an unprofessional company. They refuse to come finish the job. Have been a headache since the beginning(April). My husband(Justin Key) has called numerous times and nobody can help. Even called the CEO and still nothing. They do not care about their business or their customers. And are already charging us for the solar panels that aren't even working. One of them are even shattered and it is such an eye sore. They told us they would send us a check for the money they have already taken from our account. That was 2 months ago. So go somewhere else if you are interested in solar panels and save yourself the headache.

Hello Design 1; need your attention here.
First, while the guy that came out was nice enough, it should of been explained way ahead of time about an extremely high credit score being needed.

As it was explained, there were “these” programs and “those” programs for the people of our income range to be able to afford a solar panel system.

My reasoning was for the planet. I wanted to do my part and my family be proud we were doing so. While money discussions were all about being saved in explainable terms, I should of put a stop to it. Someone has to pay for the panels of course but I had deepened myself into my carbon footprint. I was not thinking in those terms when I should have been. Meaning, there was of course going to need to be loans.

Please explain towards at least the first 1/2 hour of discussion that you’re going to need a high credit score. You just turned off my husband and I. You will more people by not being frank.
