I give ONE start! Because I don’t have the option to give less. But if you want to save time, and headaches, please stay away from this people. They are a whole bunch of liars they only see a dollar sign on their customers and the least they pretend is help. They kept on giving me excuses of why the job wasn’t done, until I decided to call the City myself and found out they never even submitted the application for the permit and more excuses and more lies were given. Thanks GOD I found a company that really treats their customers as what they are customers and did the job in less than two weeks. These people after a few months had the nerve to call me to tell me know that they ready to complete my job!! That call I received was a mockery, a lack of respect on their part. After all the excuses and lies this company game me I will never recommended this company not even to my worst enemy. There are many companies out there that really want to help their customers. I found a company that was responsible and reliable and it took two weeks to get permits, and do the work that took you MONTHS to make a call wow! They should be ashamed to even call me. And lets not to mentioned the supervisor Karen, she has no matters and she is unprofessional, has no idea what customer service means, she really will benefit from some classes on customer service.
I just had Hurricane Heroes Replace my Roof . Once My Solar Installer Finally was able to take down my Solar Panels with in a week and half Hurricane Heroes as on site and removed the old roof and had the base down very quickly. We spent more time waiting for inspections than the time it took to put on the new roof. I am very happy with the speed and quality of their service and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
I am a recent customer (2025) and hired Hurricane Heroes to do a LARGE and high-end Roofing project involving clay tile and some delicate restoration in and around the roofline. (Roughly 7,000SF of Roof - so this was an expensive job). They have an amazing project manager that helps make sure it all goes well, the CEO has been great to work with, and the roofing team was professional and got the job done right. Because of a good back office, communication was good and we worked together to address the inevitable weather and challenges. Work quality was good and communication great. I do recommend them.
We are very happy with this roofing company, the gave us the cheapest price by far, good quality materials, excelent service and they did it super fast, like within 10 days we already had a new metal roof. John was amazing, always there to answer any questions, very helpfull and friendly, as well as Oscar. I will definitely recomend this roofing company to anyone looking for a new roof. I'll look for them in the future to replace my windows. Thank you Hurricane Heroes !!!
