Customer Reviews
Matthew Frey
I was incredibly happy with my experience working with Alex from Empowered Solar. He was very knowledgable, professional and always showed up when he said he was going to. While the job we had Empowered Solar do was probably smaller than their normal job, I felt like we received 100% of the team's attention while they were working on it and know they did a lot of work behind the scenes to get the job done. I'm super happy with the outcome and highly recommend Empowered Solar.

I strongly recommend Empowered Solar. Alex is very experienced, personable, and thorough. We have been enjoying the benefits of our rooftop system since 2017, and we installed an efficient solar powered attic fan in 2021. Empowered Solar pays attention to detail and provides excellent follow-up with any questions we may have about our system. We are very pleased to be producers of clean renewable energy.
Jane Chandler
I loved working with Empowered Solar. I have had my system for 4 years, they were easy to work with, a great value and helped me get the system that was right for me. Last year they helped me add to my system in preparation for an electric car and my second experience was just as good. I could not recommend them more highly.

Alex installed our 8960 watt SolarEdge system in early 2021. His honesty, reliability and communication skills are exceptional and the system works exactly as planned. The project included an EV smart charger, a battery-ready inverter, an upgrade to our power panel and a good deal of negotiating with Idaho Power regarding approvals for the installation. We used a ballast system for the solar panels on top of an near-flat membrane roof. After installation Alex has been very helpful with all the communication systems. We are delighted to be NET-ZERO or below for most days. Empowered is a small operation but very competent and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Alex and Empowered Solar to anyone in the Boise area looking to join the Net Zero movement.
