Alex installed our 8960 watt SolarEdge system in early 2021. His honesty, reliability and communication skills are exceptional and the system works exactly as planned. The project included an EV smart charger, a battery-ready inverter, an upgrade to our power panel and a good deal of negotiating with Idaho Power regarding approvals for the installation. We used a ballast system for the solar panels on top of an near-flat membrane roof. After installation Alex has been very helpful with all the communication systems. We are delighted to be NET-ZERO or below for most days. Empowered is a small operation but very competent and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Alex and Empowered Solar to anyone in the Boise area looking to join the Net Zero movement.
