We’ve had our solar now for about a little over 3 years. Our installation was terrible, took them a long time and they left a lot of trash all over our yard. Bob was our guy and was great and took care of a lot for us the best he could. Our inverter went out in the first year and was taken care of quickly and now in our third year our inverter went out again and has been out and haven’t had solar for the last month and a half and have been paying full amount of energy bill and paying for our loan. Also was told our bill would be around $10-20 month which was a lie and we even got extra panels to make sure our bill stayed low, obviously that didn’t work as we are paying $50-75 on top of our loan for the system. And as far as getting a $500 referral bonus don’t believe it, referred my brother and he got solar and after 3 years still haven’t gotten my $500 referral bonus. If I could go back in time I would not do solar or do better research on it.
Collin Powers with the Montana Team has been great to work with. He has answered all my questions, and I have had a lot. Our panels were put up in a timely manner. The panels look great and are not super bulky looking on the front of our house.
Native Solar did a great job. Everything was smooth and vitually no issues when it came to installing and turning on our system. Joey was friendly and extremely helpful during the entire process. He answered every question and concern with examples and data.
