Horrible company—do not use BlueRaven/SunPower for your solar! The pushy salesperson made big promises of a quick and easy install in time for the tax credit when we signed in July 2025. Months into the arduous process, we find out they don't even have installers in our state, and it'd be weeks to schedule. It's now December 2025 and, after months of calling them daily to get them to submit the right permits and do the right steps, we finally have a solar system only to have issues with it right away. It's a shady business and you will not talk to the same person twice so good luck with any accountability. We've had to call several times for even a simple copy of the receipt from them, with no luck. DO install solar, DON'T use BlueRaven!
Blue Raven was very professional during the process of buying and installation of our solar panels. The installation crew was pleasure to work with and were very respectful of our property.
This was a great experience. Levi and his nephews were here early and got right to work and were done by noon. They worked like a well oiled machine, each person had their job and did it, all synchronized. Thank you so much. This is a great team!
I'm pretty exited about this new system and Mitch has been great to work with, very informative! My old house was desperately needing a new electrical panel box and so we got a new roof, 10 solar panels and a new electrical panel box set up. Next project is my wood stove and then I will feel really good in case of outages.
Not been a great experience with them.. Had to pay to have services come out. Even tho I sent them the pics.. There electrical could have burnt my house down.. I have a panel broken internally. They want more money to have a inspector come out.. That another 150 bucks out the door.. After replacing my burnt breaker box, now my safety switch is burnt. And again could have started a fire on my house again.. Becuz of loose connections.. Now I have a licensed person Come in and repair.... So disappointed in this workmanship... I have baby's in my house. The last thing I need is to be homeless with my wife and 4 kids cuz of this..Update: they have made contact with me to try and fix issues with my system will give a further update ones I see where it all goes.
