Just had my solar panels and batteries installed by Isaksen and I am thoroughly impressed with the dedication and professionalism of their installation crew. Led by Jacob, this crew worked over the past two days in sub zero temps and strong winds to get my project (37 panels + 2 batteries) completed before the end of year deadline to qualify for the expiring Federal Residential Clean Energy Credit (30% incentive off the cost of the system). They even brought a second crew on the first day to get the bulk of the work done and ensure my project was fully completed and operational in 2025. I invited several solar companies to my home;( 6 to be exact) we listened , learned and were educated in making the best decision and that was Isaksen Solar. we had the solar for half a year and could not be more satisfied. great customer service, the salesman Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy and the install crew was very professional clean and tidy, and you could tell they had the experience. I had requested if they could aesthetically place panels as uniform and clean as possible. they look greatthank you again Isaksen Solar. we would do it again
Isaksen Solar was great and easy to work with. Michelle DeMelo was a huge help as she walked my parents through everything and explained everything to them thoroughly. She made the process very easy. The Foreman on the job, Joe Ouellette was also very professional and did an excellent job. Joe and his crew worked very quickly and efficiently and did not disturb us in any way during the install. Overall great experience working with Isaksen Solar. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!! Few Photos included but I couldn't capture the roof in front of the house where most of the panels are. They aren't visible from the street, which is a nice added bonus.
Highly Recommend. The staff is professional and accessible through out the entirety of the project. Bob Hinckley, sales rep, was attentive to every question and conversations were followed up with detailed notes of any question I had been asking via email. Once a contract was signed he remained in constant contact until the project was complete. Office staff, specifically Sabrina DaSilva, were also friendly, informative, and helpful. Site crew was well kept and very professional. All employees were pleasant and down to earth.Installation was clean and precise. They attend to the customer wishes and don't just slap it on like you see with many other installations. Their goal throughout the process was to insure a clean design that the customer was happy with. Any changes to the design are presented to you for final approval.Overall, very satisfied with the service and work from Isaksen.
