Over a year ago, this company, which we had used for solar panels and batteries solicited us for a final call on a model of Tesla batteries we already owned. We decided to get two more to increase our solar storage and gave them a deposit of 12k. A year of following up ensued before learning that the batteries were never actually forthcoming, and still no reimbursement of our 12k despite multiple follow ups. We were happy with our initial install (back when it was Revolusun), but our experience since the company rebranded as Solaris has been terrible and smacks of fraud or a scam. To think, we didn’t even go to them asking for additional batteries. They came to us!Buyer beware.
I had a great experience with Solaris. I just had my system installed and they did everything to get it right (in a Town that has very difficult building codes). I worked with Dan Valiant, Jordon Hall and their install teams. They finished on time. In fact we have yet to move in (new construction) but the solar system is already making energy.
I really like this company. I did not think getting solar power was something we could do, financially or structurally. Greg met with my husband and I and outlined a plan that has worked. It was all very professional, but also friendly, and affordable! I do not feel like just another customer with Solaris, as they all work very well as a team. They are very knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. The installation team was fabulous. All around this has been a pleasant experience and I am so excited to have gone down this path. Sincerely we recommend Solaris !
Our whole experience with Solaris has been far better than advertised. It started with Greg, our Project Developer. He directed us through all of our options, and had the answers to every question along the way. We never felt pressured to go with the most expensive products, though we did so to maximize our solar production and get the best quality. We had meetings with their engineers, master electrician & design team. I can’t recommend them enough!!Also, we are already taking advantage of their referral program. I personally have recommended 3 homeowners in Lynn, and their projects are already under way. We will be thrilled to get paid those referral fees, which is just another way the Solar will pay for itself!
I had RevoluSun put in a solar system on my house about a year ago, and I absolutely love it! The entire RevoluSun team was very professional first of all, and everything they mentioned would happen during the setup process, and working with NGrid as well to get things transitioned, was 100% spot on! So I knew the full process up front from end to end, and that's exactly how it went. As for the solar production, my 24 panel system looks nice, and does a GREAT job. The electric bill cost reductions are over $300/mo. during the summer months, and still around $80/mo. during the dead of winter. Plus the monthly SMART incentives deposits add up too! Honestly wish I had done this earlier than mid-2020.
