Harvest Solar is a great solar contractor! They installed my first rooftop solar array in 2021, delivered and installed on time and on budget.
In 2025, they took down and reinstalled my rooftop array for re-roofing. They reinstalled the array perfectly.
Then I had them do an addition with larger panels and again, delivered and installed on time and on budget, with installation matching the preexisting panels perfectly. The field staff was very responsive and knowledgeable, as is the office/management staff. I recommend Harvest Solar without reservation and would use them again without hesitation.
With 12 solar panels my production is approximately 5,200 kWh/year. I include a picture of the Harvest Solar crew finishing installation of the 12th panel.

After the system is complete, Harvest Solar calls for the inspection and submits the net-meter request form. It also sets up a monitoring platform and walks customers through its interface.
Will a grid-tied solar system provide power during an outage?
Most grid-tied systems do not have batteries, and home power goes down if the grid does. Harvest Solar can design battery backup for critical loads such as well pumps, refrigerators and heat sources.
