This nightmare started in October 2023. Lie after lie. Ignoring the engineer request to fix a spit rafter. They continued with the system installation. Long story short. Now the roof is leaking and the rafter is way more spit and 2 others going in the same situation. Now saying they don't have the funds to comply with the warranty. Please call the consumer protection department. This company is not supposed to work in ct. Not licensed. They have many complaints. Better business bureau department says the same thing. Many complaints with then also. These people are pathetic liars. Let's join. This company needs to be taken to court.
