Trinity was great through the whole process, Gabe was incredibly helpful and explained how everything works from start to finish and is still answering questions when they arise(the salesmen you can only hope to have). The install went smooth and got the system activated in a very reasonable time. I am actively referring friends and family as much as I can.
GREAT CREW. Went right to work. Expert care taken to protect our flowers and shrubs. Rain appeared early afternoon and the crew spread a tarp across the whole house and continued to work under the tarp. Tyler stopped by to make sure all was going well. Aside from a beautiful roof, the cleanup was immaculate. A JOB VERY WELL DONE ????????????

The roofers who came to my house were absolutely amazing. They came early and worked until sundown both days. Their cleanup was thorough and efficient. I have zero complaints, my roof looks great!

We have had a great experience in customer service with Trinity! With Mike Stone, our sales rep, Cara in scheduling, our inspection electrician - Chris, and our initial electrician - Chad. Everyone was attentive for customer service and just plain kind hardworking, fast responding, and a pleasure to have in our home.To our convenience, a tree was taken down in order to get the best results from our solar set up. That process was completely taken care of by our team with eversource and the tree removal company.Mike Stone was our main contact and would respond to us as though we were family, at any time we texted. We knew we could reach out to him if we had any question/concerns and he made the process not only smooth, but with absolutely no stress on our end from initial solar panel installation, to town inspection, and eversource connections. At no time were we expected to “take care” of any of the process.These guys are great and we appreciate all of their hard work - now we can save in these electricity costs finally!
