From sales to installation the experience was 5 stars (we got a 16.8 KW system- 41 panels) . Would recommend to anyone looking to get solar. Our sales rep Jason, did such an amazing job of explaining things and helping us understand how WE could benefit from solar, and the best system for our needs. He was always readily available and answered all our questions promptly. He also provided real life data for us when we started having cold feet. We entered this contract with 100% confidence that we had made the right decision.Next step was Layton and his installation crew. They were sooo amazing, and so respectful of our space. Gave us the entire plan in advance, and worked around our schedules to get the installation done promptly!We also dealt with Chris and Prayag who were great at coordinating all our visits, assisting with the greener home loan, solar club enrollment, and ensured we were completely satisfied once our installation was complete. We ran into a few issues with the technical side of our system, when our app wouldn't show the status of all of our inverters, but Chris and Prayab worked promptly with Jason (IT) to get this issue resolved.I feel very confident that we'll have the support we need throughout the life of our panels. Evolvsolar company was my choice for the solar system installation. The price was very competitive. Really great experience with EvolvSolar. I did a lot of research and requested quotes from at least 6 different companies. Every company had a slightly different quote with a wide range in pricing. The only company that seemed to care about me as a person was EvolvSolar. They took the time to explain their quote, to come to my acreage to assess the height of surrounding trees, the electrical panel / transformer, and the roof slope. They took the time to answer all my questions and did not push to sell additional features. EvolvSolar also didn’t harass me but gave me the appropriate space to review all quotes and they encouraged me to do so. EvolvSolar handled the install very well. 2 different crews worked on my large 18.9 kW system during the summer months and they were very prompt to resolve or answer any minor concerns or questions that came up. I’m very happy with my decision to chose EvolvSolar. They are still available to answer any of my questions to this day! Thank you to everyone at EvolvSolar!
Just had my home solar system installed this summer. I am extremely pleased with my experience with EVOLVsolar. I had a number of quotes from a few competing companies and the quotes were all similar from a technical specification and cost perspective. I appreciated the time spent by Kin Lee walking through the process and addressing all the questions that I had. The install team was professional and did an excellent job. We had an excellent experience with EVOLVsolar. Representatives were informative and maintained contact through the process. Discussions about the equipment provided information regarding the high rate of reliability so minimal to no issues are experienced with the equipment, which added peace of mind. The layout of the solar panels maximized the roof surface to provide the highest percent of electricity generation and allow additional solar panels to be added should our electricity need increase. We opted to wait for a newer inverter and are pleased with the choice. The installers were excellent, friendly, courteous and efficient. Review of the initial placement of the cable led to reworking the cable placement to our satisfaction by hiding more cable with in the attic before appearing on the outside of the home. Cable cover options were offered, but we just kept the black appearance. EVOLVsolar was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The software to monitor the system is concise and informative; initially I checked the system often and was pleased with the reduction in electricity costs upon receipt of our utility bill. I recommend the critter guard as critters moved in shortly after the install. EVOLVsolar returned to install a critter guard in a timely manner. EVOLVsolar is an amazing company with whom to work, worthy of a high recommendation.
