Yes Solar is very prompt and all correspondence and scheduling my installation. They went to great detail telling me what to expect. When winter arrived, I noticed I was not generating the amount of power I should have been based on their estimates. I let them know I was not happy about this and asked what could be done. They spent considerable time and I’m sure effort and trying to troubleshoot my system. They succeeded to tweak the system, so I am now generating the amount of energy they had predicted. Since the system has been installed, I have not had any charges from Duke Energy and in fact I have a $47 credit with them. Clearly their service before the sale and after the sale were excellent. I highly recommend you go to Yes Solar for your Solar energy needs.

Great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the team was professional at every step.

They completed my solar and battery installation ahead of schedule, which was critical and allows me to qualify for the federal tax incentive that is set to expire. That level of execution and attention to timing really stood out.

The installation crew and project management were both top notch. No surprises, no delays, and everything was handled efficiently. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering solar or energy storage.

We shopped around a bit for solar because it is a big investment and we've had an uncanny amount of negative experiences when getting work done to our house (with windows, siding, flooring, appliances...just about everything to date). Yes Solar Solutions was unquestionably the most knowledgeable and professional company that we came into contact with. And they actually had the best price too!

Adding a solar system to your home involves a lot of moving parts and players. They handle all of that complication for you and walk you through what is happening at each step. Dan and Zewek both deserve raises after enduring our (approximately) million questions and what probably seemed like an endless process of (in)decision on our part. They tirelessly handled us with such kindness and understanding, which really helped ease our anxiety! I have to say, it's downright magical powering our house with the sun! We are obsessed and geek out on solar with any of our neighbors that will oblige us. :-) Wish we would've done it sooner! We whole-heartedly recommend Yes Solar and are SO grateful to have had the pleasure of working with them!

We were very motivated to get solar energy in order to avoid grid power outages, to minimize the impact of increasing electrical power rates and to reduce fossil fuel emissions. After doing research and talking to friends who already had solar power installed, we decided to go with YesSolarSolutions. We are so happy we did!
YesSolar is a highly respected and well known company with years of experience in solar energy. They worked closely with us to determine what the best system would be for our needs and to review the pros and cons of different systems. The installation teams were professional and efficient. They discovered that we had serious roof problems and were honest enough to let us know that our roof should be repaired before solar was installed even though that interrupted their schedule. Dan and Zewek provided exceptional support even during off hours. Not many companies do that! We were so grateful for that support as learning the ins and outs of a solar system takes time.
We've now had solar for several months and have had several grid power outages. Being on a well with a grid power outage, our first thought had always been "great, now no water"-- but now we realize "Oh, wait we have solar" and the power and the water are on. It has been a huge relief to have solar energy!
