SCSP Solar

George, Tim, and Nikki provide excellent customer care. Their depth of knowledge, willingness to educate us, and then re-educate us, is paired with their kindness, attentiveness and patience. We are still working with these folks to adjust our settings to maximize our savings and are thankful for their partnership in this endeavor.

They’ve got pretty good customer service. It’s a complicated, expensive and slow process, but they outline it well and communicate well. I was pleased with the installation and so far the product. They handle all of the permitting with local government as well.

We have great news to share. Last Thursday, just before dusk, I had the chance to turn the system on. The system is working and fully online—PERFECT! SCSP Solar delivered one of the best installations and products we've ever purchased. The entire process—from the initial quote to going online and generating the first kWhs—was completed in under nine weeks. That’s impressive for such a complex solar system! We truly appreciate all of you and everyone involved in this process for your hard work and dedication!

My wife and I recently moved to our "forever home" on Isle of Palms. We really wanted to minimize our energy usage from the grid while also saving money in the long haul since we're planning to be here for a long time. We interviewed and got quotes from multiple providers, but Jon Mason was hands down the best person we interviewed. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He not only knows solar from top to bottom, but is also versed in building codes and in working with local power companies like Dominion. In the end, SCSP exceeded our expectations. I've been working in building design and construction for more than 30 years, so I'm used to taking whatever schedule I first hear and doubling it. In the case of SCSP, they actually beat their originally estimated schedule by many weeks. Their app made it very clear what stage our project was at, and they handled all approvals by HOAs and the power company. When it came time for the installation, their crew showed up right on schedule and completed all work in three days, just as they estimated. The team was courteous and collaborative in working with us to locate batteries and other equipment. In the end is was a fantastic experience, and we love seeing how much solar power we're selling back to Dominion. We highly recommend SCSP to anyone looking to lower their carbon footprint AND their energy bills.

I met with a couple of the larger corporate solar companies and got the used car salesman feeling after hearing their sales pitch. Jon was knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. He took the time to design a system that fit my needs perfectly and has performed as advertised. The install was done in a day and the workmanship was flawless. Jon even lined up a crew to trim and remove any trees that blocked the panels. I have recommended this company to friends and family and will continue to do so.
