They’ve got pretty good customer service. It’s a complicated, expensive and slow process, but they outline it well and communicate well. I was pleased with the installation and so far the product. They handle all of the permitting with local government as well.

My wife and I recently moved to our "forever home" on Isle of Palms. He not only knows solar from top to bottom, but is also versed in building codes and in working with local power companies like Dominion.In the end, SCSP exceeded our expectations. I've been working in building design and construction for more than 30 years, so I'm used to taking whatever schedule I first hear and doubling it. In the case of SCSP, they actually beat their originally estimated schedule by many weeks. Their app made it very clear what stage our project was at, and they handled all approvals by HOAs and the power company.When it came time for the installation, their crew showed up right on schedule and completed all work in three days, just as they estimated. The team was courteous and collaborative in working with us to locate batteries and other equipment.In the end is was a fantastic experience, and we love seeing how much solar power we're selling back to Dominion.We highly recommend SCSP to anyone looking to lower their carbon footprint AND their energy bills.
