Ive never written a review in my life. with that being said, i feel like i owe this to anyone considering using BRS. if you value your own sanity, do not use these clowns for anything. they are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. took them more than a calendar year to install 9 panels and get them operational. Good luck if you decide to use these losers
I wish I could give -5 start. We were promise that the solar panels were going to be put on Sept 8th 2025. We were called on Friday 5th and re schedule for the 22nd of Sept because they said an inspector couldn't be there.( which I know now that it was bull). They did finally come and installed them however they changed the plan that was pre approved. We have been waiting since the 22nd of Sept to have them inspected and to be turn on. We don't even know if they will pass inspections. And of course this is the last year that you can get tax credits and they have to be on by the end of the month. I have call several times and either get the run around or no answer at all. They can come take them off as far as I am concern. They were so promising with everything at first. I would not recommend them at all. I will continue to post my review to make sure no one makes the same mistake.
I wish I could give 0 starts. Our solar panels have not been working correctly for over 3 months and we cannot get ahold of anyone to come and check them out. We also cannot get into contact with any support. We are sent to the same supervisor 'Raul' who continues to make what I can only believe to be fake appointments. He schedules them, then reschedules them without letting us know. Our latest appointment has been 'rescheduled' 3 times in the past day.Do not use them. Their support is terrible.
Customer service is terrible! Can't get a hold of anyone. They will take you money for a repair but never send it to the person to remove the panels to get your roof replaced! It's been 3 weeks and been raining for 3 days straight my roof leak is getting worse. At this point I just want to take them off and never deal with solar again. They are bought and paid for it's like a slap in the face. I have called, texted, and my husband has emailed and no response. I am still waiting on the phone it been 1 1/2 hrs no response, sent a text nothing. They have my money 1/2 the money for removing 6 panels. They need to do it so I can get my roof repaired. My roof leak is getting worse!!!!
