I had issues with my initial installer. An optimizer and panel failed and the initial installer left me out to dry, despite 25 yr warranty. I was 2 yrs into my solar install.No other installer would touch my solar system until I ran into Advancing Solar Solutions.Owner analyzed my stuff, got optimizer replaced under warranty and is still after panel manufacturer.I would be left with a defunct system if not for Advancing Solar Solutions.5 stars! We commissioned a large system spread over several buildings. Taylor worked with Scott Hunt to design the system, and improved the design as exact measurements came in. The work included construction of a custom mechanical room in an outbuilding. We raced the deadline for federal tax credits, starting quickly with little more than a handshake, and overcoming shipping delays and faulty equipment from manufacturers and vendors. All is now in place, running well. We could not be more pleased with Advancing Solar Solutions, and would heartily recommend them to others.

Taylor Mills with Advancing Solar Solutions installed my Tesla Wall Connector and a sub-meter to qualify for the Appalachian Power EV off-peak plan. During the installation, he noticed problems with my NEMA 14-50 outlet. The previous electrician did not install a robust EV outlet, which had melted. He installed a robust outlet to fix that problem. He also guided me with the Appalachian Credit $500 rebate which I received several weeks later. Taylor was also helped set up the software. He is so knowledgeable! Months after installation, I had problems with Appalachian Power charging me incorrectly. He was instrumental in getting the problem corrected. To summarize, Taylor Mills is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get your job done. I will always call on Taylor for any electrical work I need in the future!
Taylor and Chris have done an amazing job on installing our 40 panel-16.6w solar array. After getting a few other quotes we decided to use Advancing Solar Solutions. The competitors were much more costly and very pushy. We are very happy with our choice!
