The guys were great to start, but as soon as the panels went up they ghosted us. They do not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. They give a great speech about customer service but don't back it up. Palmetto is not great to deal with either, but at least they respond to emails. We don't recommend.
These people started out great. But then once the panels are in, the business goes to palmetto solar, which has been god awful. For the past 3 months, my panels have not worked due to a bad inverter. Still no fix on the horizon. Run away from anybody selling this absolute scam
Solar Boy was amazing company to work with; walked my husband and I through the whole process and were available for questions any time. A year after everything was done, i reached out about tax information and within an hour got a response and Tyler walked through with me to completion. Amazing experience! Thank you!!
Super awesome team to deal with. We had some hurdles and setbacks on the way to getting everything approved and installed and they were with us each step of the way making sure to get through it all. Frequently checked in to see if we had any new questions or concerns. 100% would recommend working with them if you decide to go solar.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys. They’re super friendly, not pushy at all, patient with us with all of our questions - they’re great. Very responsive to emails and calls and even followed up with us in person on install day to make sure everything went well.
