CE was great to work with. They were receptive to system design changes I requested with reasonable change order costs. They handled all coordination with the power company that needed to make significant service changes for the project on the install day. Installation was on schedule and the electrician team did a great job.UPDATE: I’ve been trying for 2 months to get a bid to install additional panels. Twice CE has said they will get back but never do. The original install a year ago and warranty repair 6 months ago was great. But follow up lately leaves something to be desired.
Donald Kirk (not Evan). They installed my system last year which was a very easy turn key operation. This winter was tough and one of my panels had several cracks that developed that I found after the snow melted. We aren't sure what happened. They've replaced the panel in a timely manner and did so at a small fee since it was within the first year of service. Appreciate their help and getting to it quickly this spring. The system is running great and producing like it was promised.
The service from Creative Energies was incredible. Dani K. kept us informed throughout the process as to when things were going to happen and there were no surprises. I have never experienced such timely communications and was very impressed. Joe K who did the initial design and bid along with the crew that installed the solar were amazing. We had Creative Energies install solar panels for our home. Eric and Luke and the rest of the staff were excellent to work with—professional, informative and thorough with every phase. The panels are working well. I’d highly recommend them if you are contemplating having solar installed.
We've been doing business with these guys for a decade. They've installed and serviced an off-grid system at our cabin, and they recently completed the install on a solar array at our home. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. They know their business inside out, and their customer service is outstanding. When the first set of batteries finally died at the cabin, they had new ones ready for us in no time. The install crew took two days to do our system in town, and by the time they were done they were our friends. Even our over-protective border collie loved them. They're simple the best.
