Coldstream was great to work with for our residential solar installation. Luke is knowledgeable about what would work for our house and if it would be worth the money to install. The team cares about the value you get from solar panels and don’t just want to sell you something to make a quota, but really want it to be a good fit. They were easy to communicate with and available for any questions. Evan did a great job navigating the city and Duke permit requirements to install on our 100+yr old home. Since our home was so old we had to upgrade our panel and disconnect to current code, but Logan and the electrician team did a great job in making the transition. I would definitely work with them again and recommend to others.
This entire experience with Coldstream was wonderful. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. We had our roof replaced before the panels were installed. The contractors they used to do the roof were quick and clean, using tarps to ensure no debris or nails were in the yard when done. The Coldstream crew handled all paperwork with the utility company, all permits and inspections and kept me fully informed during the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install solar panels on their home.
