Icon is a great company with great people and excellent customer service! I've worked with them since 2015, when they installed my first set of panels on Christmas Eve to ensure that I was able to maximize the tax credit before the end of the year. I added to my system in 2020 and 2025, both times received a great price (comparison shopped each time) and fantastic service.While the system has primarily been maintenance free, they have come out a few times to replace parts that were covered under warranty and got the system up and going at no cost to me. Recently they replaced my Tesla Powerwalls after a recall by the company. They worked several hours with Tesla to troubleshoot the transition to the newer version!Everyone on their team is polite and helpful! I specifically would like to shout out to Jaye and Matt, who I've worked with for years and have gone the extra mile to resolve any issue that has come up over the last 10 plus years. Thank you!!
Icon rocks. Great pricing. Does what it says and on time. Installed solar on my businesses for the 30% tax credit. I watch daily the amount of electricity generated on my roof. If I told you pay your electricity bill for the next 7 years up front and the following 25 years will be free including all the price increases, would you do it? You should. A better return on your investment than bonds as well as inflation protection from increased energy prices. Wake up America! Harness the power of the big beautiful sun. God’s gift to all of us.
