My wife and I have recently completed an installation of a 30-panel roof top installation of solar panels on our condo. We cannot say enough concerning how pleased we were with the entire process from design to engineering and installation. The personnel at Third Sun Solar are very congenial and extremely easy to work with. The electrical inspection by our county (with 2 inspectors) was perfect. The senior inspector stated that "This is the first solar installation that I have ever approved an electrical permit on the initial visit"! We strongly encourage any prospective businesses or homeowners to investigate a solar installation with Third Sun Solar. We wish we had done this several years ago!
I had solar panels installed a few months ago! The panels are producing the output predicted and have worked flawlessly from Day One! The entire team at Third Sun Solar was top notch! I particularly liked the fact that everyone that worked on my home was employed with Third Sun including the crew that installed the panels! Each and every person that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and timely with all follow up! A big shout out to Christine who worked diligently to cut through the City of Cincinnati’s bureaucracy to keep the permit process flowing and who was equally determined to push through the slog of Duke Energy's “customer service” and incompetence to get the meters switched out. If you’re looking to get solar panels installed, I would highly recommend this Company!!
First off we are extremely pleased with our solar system. Mark and the team evaluated our property for solar installation and effectiveness. He then visited with us to provide us with a quote for a new system to meet our needs. Mark took the time to explain all of the options, rationale for the system design, how the install process would work, and the full system install cost. We were pleasantly surprised with final quote and decided to purchase a system. The initial consultations and personal visit left us confident in Third Sun Solar. Again we are extremely happy with the system and the entire process working with Mark and the Third Sun Solar staff.
Third Sun made it easy to get solar panels for our home! They did a great analysis of our house with clear information on how much energy we could expect to produce, how long it will take the panels to pay for themselves, how much they will save us over the expected life of the panels after they have returned the investment, and how much CO2 they will keep out of the atmosphere. I also appreciated the pictures they provided showing just where they planned to put the panels- one a plan view, and another with the panels added on to an actual aerial photo of the hosue. Installation went very smoothly. They took care of everything! I highly recommend Third Sun Solar- and even more highly recommend getting solar for your home!
