Now we absolutely love receiving our electric bill now because every month reads “Amount Due:$0.00”.We had a GREAT experience with Paradise Energy Solution in every aspect of the process.Last year our roof needed replacing. We already had a good working solar panel system on our roof for 9 years but we had to take it down of course to replace the roof. It was not cost effective to reinstall our smaller old inefficient solar system and that company had gone out of business.So we asked PROVIA-the company that manufactured the metal roof - what solar provider did they recommend? PROVIA strongly recommended Paradise Energy Solutions and had completed many projects with them. I asked for a list of those joint projects in our region. I did investigations as part of my job before retiring so why wouldn’t I want to know about all about a corporation and their work product before we spent our hard earned savings on a major investment? So we did drive by them to inspect (and learn of configurations, quality or installation & design), contacted almost all those homeowners & surveyed by visit or phone their satisfaction with Paradise & its product. I received only strong positive responses! I was extremely impressed & encouraged because in surveys of other solar company customers I had estimates from I did not receive positive reports. (Most of those companies were reluctant to provide a list of addresses of installs). Instead I heard of problems, delays, complaints, higher prices than originally forecast and only marginally happy customers.When I contacted Paradise Energy Solutions and they sent their representative Chis Roache to our home. He was well prepared. He had ready a fully prepared & well designed written solar energy plan for our South facing roof that would produce sufficient energy and an extremely long and transferable guarantee a zero $ due electrical bill every month based on our history of electricity use.And the price was lower than almost all of the other bids - some of which were not even reduced to writing and whose reputation, product and representative did not generate our confidence.We signed with Paradise Electrical Solutions because they were clearly the most professional & experienced. Most importantly I spoke directly to their satisfied customers. And we are glad we did!The price at the conclusion of the installation was exactly the same as the original quote!And after we installed a Provia black “slate” metal roof I asked Paradise to change their panels to new higher production all black in color panels to perfectly match our new black”slate” metal roof. This required a new layout of the panels and a small increase in the number but there was no additional charge. They handled all the building permit issues. The guarantee Paradise supplied with their solar panels was truly outstanding & far better than the competition. It will exceed our life span but is transferable to the next homeowner.I’m a lawyer myself but asked other lawyers more experienced in contract work to review ours and they were also positively impressed.This is a good company to work with and they should have an excellent & well earned reputation. I was very impressed Paradises corporate culture and I’m convinced this group of good people will be around if there ever is a problem.Paradise’s employees were extremely professional, efficient, reliable & the installation went exactly as they planned.They also worked well in coordination with the roofing company and used brackets that met the Provia Metal Roofing manufacturer’s specifications so as to ensure that lifetime guarantee on the metal roof remained intact.In summary without hesitation we highly recommend Paradise Electrical Solutions and Salesman Chris Roache for residential solar panel installation.As you can see I’m not an easy customer to sell to. But we are completely satisfied with- and looking forward to decades of zero $ due billings each month from our electricity provider!
Recently hired Paradise Energy Solutions to handle some warranty work on our solar inverter and from our first contact to invoicing they were great. Easy to reach, quick to respond and the tech (Eric) that handled the service went over and above what was expected to be sure the installation was handled and better yet, done properly. Trust and treating customers fairly are important to all customers. With this level of service we will not be a customer, but more a client since we can count on them to go the extra mile and literally stand by your side through your project's beginning to end and be sure you're satisfied. These people are THE BEST!!!!! I cannot imagine how anyone could run a business more competently or more ethically. They are the opposite of hard sell. When you call to inquire about solar panels, they come to your house and do a thorough evaluation to see how well suited your site is. They tell you up front how many panels they could install, how much electricity you could get, and how long it would take you to reach the break-even point. They go over all your options thoroughly, taking plenty of time to answer all questions. They install quickly and efficiently. They continue to monitor your installation. If there is a problem, they call you to schedule a technician to visit, at no charge. They also handle the payments you get for surplus electricity. For this they do take a small percentage, but it is more than reasonable, and very worthwhile. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with Paradise Energy. I've attached a photo of our system. It was taken in the late afternoon, so you see it in shade, but the panels all face due east or due south, so we get our money's worth.
