ASAP is amazing... We had a leak, so I searched around looking for someone to help. I found ASAP based on the Google reviews here and contacted them. I had a reply very quickly and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later (I had stressed that it was not an emergency).David came out exactly when he said he would. Even though it was a cold damp dreary day, he was professional, friendly and was legitimately interested in trying to fix the problem in the least invasive (aka least expensive) manner possible as a start.I've had SO many companies in various trades over the years come out and start at the other end of the spectrum (as in proposing whatever is going to make them the most money). It has made it frustrating to even call and get help when something is broken when I can't or don't want to fix it myself.David was exactly opposite of that. Without any prodding from me, he suggested a quick and easy (for someone willing to climb a steep roof) first pass at a solution and a Plan B for a future date if this wound up not solving it.Very very refreshing to me. THAT is how loyalty is built... I wish more places were like ASAP. I've got a list of several companies that I will never ever call again. While I hope to not have any roof issues in the near future, I know exactly who I'm calling if I do. You should too!
David with ASAP Roofing did a fantastic job facilitating my complete roof replacement. He was able to get my quote put together the same day that I requested it, came in with a very competitive quote, and maintained communication during the install. I appreciated that he took time after the job was complete to check and make sure that no HVAC or water heater lines became disconnected during the install. I hope I don't need a new roof soon, but if I do I know who to call.
