Fantastic company, start to finish. My call was answered promptly, and Joshua was out to our home the next day. He handled communication with our insurance company, worked with the adjuster, and got us a quote fairly soon after. The crew showed up early and had our entire roof (fairly large) done before noon. The roof looks incredible and we are beyond pleased with the work. Joshua was a pleasure to work with and was incredibly responsive. We did a ton of research when deciding on a company to help get us a new roof. We had been working with another roofer for several months and kept getting denied by the insurance. After the denials with the previous company Cheyton and Native came in and quickly worked with the insurance company and got everything taken care of. Cheyton did an awesome job answering all of our questions and explaining every step of the process to make sure we were completely satisfied during every step of the process. We highly recommend and cannot say enough about the amazing work that Cheyton and his team did.
