Triton has installed batteries to our pre-existing solar system. They were very thorough and not rushed in their communications. Calls have been quickly returned and the work seems excellent. Courtney is wonderful to work with and a real asset to the company. She and Triton were recommended by a friend and we would likewise recommend them with no reservations.
When you take the plunge on a premium solar system, you want a premium installer to help get it done right. From the start I could tell the Triton Solar understands this and was on a different level vs other installers. Courtney is an relentless project manager who stayed on top of all of various moving pieces of my project. There was constant updates and communication and she bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the install. Don't cheap out on your installer, can't recommend Triton Solar enough.
We could not be happier with our experience with Triton Solar. Courtney Grant is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, programming and local building department procedures, as well as current issues surrounding solar legislation and local utility regulations. After our initial quote, she was able to offer us a newly released, improved product at a reduced cost. I was stunned at the transparency of her pricing, rather than “pocketing” the savings for the company. She is a true professional and we had a fantastic experience working with her. Even the fire department inspector was highly complimentary of how dialed in she was at our inspection - a first in my experience in the construction industry! We are incredibly pleased with the Enphase products and their performance thus far. Jesús, the panel installer, was fantastic - punctual, professional and friendly. Electrician Chad Nash, who installed the controller and batteries, went out of his way to make this a good experience too, in spite of a few changes we threw at him along the way. He was incredibly accommodating and had a great attitude. We are grateful to all involved. This is a great team and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had some issues with our solar array. Called Triton Roofing & Solar and they were able to make it out that same day, excellent response. Courtney showed up and diagnosed our problem, ordered the part and had it fixed within a week. Incredible customer service and support. We just completed a garage reroof and solar install with Triton this spring. Courtney was especially awesome to work with on the solar side- she was great about giving updates, answering questions, and even texted me photos with instructions when it was time to energize the system- just really above and beyond in the customer service realm! We really felt cared for by her. The rest of the Triton team was also fantastic and professional, and did great work on our (tricky and flat) garage roof. Definitely not the least expensive in town, but knowing the job was done right and that we have their support if needed in the future is tremendously valuable. Thanks for the great experience Triton!
