Sales person used fear tactics to get me to switch to solar. I reported to Georgia power and the police. Do not return to my property or I will resort to calling the police on site.
Paid for them to come inspect and repair my solar system. Technician was very friendly, he spent most of his time on the phone with solaredge and at the end explained they said they were pushing an update that would take a few hours and that would fix it or tell them if it was an inverter. He packed up to leave and said that solaredge would send a new one for him to return and install if it was deemed bad. He took an over $400 part that blue raven sent prior to his visit as he deemed it not necessary. I asked him if I would be charged again if it was a bad inverter, he said he didn’t believe so since he hadn’t fixed it on this site visit. Fast forward to a bad inverter so i call blue raven they state that they can apply the part refund to the next visit. I explain what the technician had said, they said it would in fact cost me for another visit. At that point I’m fed up and disappointed with my service so i request a refund and no follow up visit from them. 21 days later and still no refund and when i call I’m told its “processing”.Update- i updated my review to 3 stars because the technician who came was amazing. I had the same technician every time and every time he came he was awesome. As the response from a blue raven solar employee shows we did finally settle on the refund being a credit towards the new inverter install. But again, that was after over 3 weeks of waiting and me finally giving up on a refund and just telling them to credit it towards the repair so I wasn’t sitting around waiting indefinitely. Again the technician was amazing, my issue was with the company but i guess i finally got my solar working which is all that mattered.
The roofers were very professional and did a very good job however, I was missing the electrician. Should I charge you for delaying the service, since you were going charge if I had to reschedule?
The Blue Ravens sales person was very friendly and respectful when coming to my house. The representative that helped set up the whole process was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Than the builders came and did fast job installing everything in under a day. So far the blue raven experience has been very good with outgoing knowledgeable employee. Can’t rate anything on the financial side yet but so far its been a good experience.
Blue Raven has been incredible to work with on our solar install. Not only did they do an incredible job with the installation itself (even completing the work earlier than anticipated), but they also coordinated every aspect of the financing, permitting, and final inspection. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone who is interested in a solar installation but felt it to be overly confusing or costly.
