Several customers praised assistance with unusual or customized situations. Prospective clients often note positive experiences when layout details are discussed up front.
TGE cold called and knocked on our door and rang our door bell at 8:15 pm on a Tuesday evening in Upper Arlington, OH. Our exterior and interior lights were both turned off.Just an outrageous sales practice for what claims to be a legit, reputable organization. Truly baffling decision making from the sales rep and TGE’s sales leadership team.I couldn’t care less about their product or how it well performs. This group has no idea how to market their service. Figure it out, TGE.
The young man that sold us the service was delightful to work with. That's where my satisfaction ends. If I had known I was going to have this horrible eyesore on the back of my house I would never have consented to the installation. Because the person doing the work did not do their job site inspection adequately beforehand, and make sure they could go through the attic, they made this UGLY mess that goes over my gutter and down the back of the house. It resembles the Mousetrap game. When I complained and suggested a different way the tech refused, saying it would cost them more and be more time consuming!?! Are you kidding me! He said he got my husband's approval. My husband was working from home and not paying attention to what they were doing, and I was at a doctors appointment. So now I have to look at this ugly mess for as long as I live here. I think this will decrease the value of my home rather than increase it.
TGE knocked it out of the park. We were in a unique situation where we inherited solar panels from another house, we called around and spoke to several companies and everyone turned us away. TGE said "No problem, we'll take it from here". Our job took a lot of customization and they communicated and executed perfectly. We are now enjoying free energy from the sun thanks to their work.Barry our sales rep guided us through the entire process and jumped on any action items immediately. Their internal team worked with our electric provider and local municipality. And their hands on team that did the work came and knocked everything out in a day. We are thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.
We had a very good experience with TGE Solar. We received an excellent financing deal and were really happy with the whole process. They were very good with communication and the system is working beautifully. Thanks Barry (ours sales rep) and the entire team for a great experience.
TGE won’t leave you hanging. They’re responsive to communication and conscientious about how they do business.I just had my first net-export billing cycle and I owe the power company $2.15. If you haven’t gone solar yet, stop waiting. Call TGE.
