I had an absolutely fantastic experience with YellowLite out of Cleveland, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with them for my solar installation. From the very beginning, my salesman Nick stood out. He was incredibly informative, responsive, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question I had (and I had plenty!) and always responded quickly. That level of communication and honesty made me feel confident from day one.The installation itself was just as impressive. The crew that showed up installed 30 panels in a single day, which blew me away. They were professional, kind, respectful of my property, and very clean. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing—true experts. When they left, the system looked great and the work area was spotless.Another huge positive was how smooth and modern the whole process felt. Reviewing quotes, signing paperwork, and moving things forward could all be done quickly and remotely, which made everything so much more convenient. YellowLite also did a great job following up after the install to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. My experience with YellowLite was great. They sent me a few different quotes depending on various options and made all the interactions with them very convenient. My contacts were Nick and Justin and they were great as they were able to answer all of my questions. Install went very smoothly and they provided and completed all the documentation that was needed to get my system hooked up to the grid. I am now fully integrated and am seeing my electric bills drop (even during winter), cant wait for summer until i really see the results.
I have used YellowLite for two installations, a few years apart - my first experience was incredible and the second has been just as great. Nick is my sales consultant and he's always been available for questions. I highly recommend working with YellowLite if you are considering a solar and/or battery installation!
My experience with Yellowlite was one of the best experience with a company. My first person I met was Kol, he was sooo honest and answered all my questions never being pushy and never acted like I didn’t mattered. He even told me to check other Solar company and compare prices and installers. After taking Kohl’s suggestions I signed with YellowLite. Best decision I have ever made. From the first day till the final hookup all promises that were made to me was fulfilled as Kol has promised. What an honest man and company. Every time I called Kol called me back almost immediately always saying he would handle any concern I had. The company is the best out there and I would recommend them to anyone. Best company and personnel to work with.
Everyone at YellowLite has been great to work with. The design team took care of everything but also allowed me to create the system I've always wanted. The installers were professional and finished in a timely matter. We've had a couple of issues which were dealt with pretty quickly. I've looked at all the companies around me and I am very happy to have chosen YellowLite to do my solar system.
