The North Valley Solar team was super professional, quick to respond to inquiry, and made the experience easy, simple and worry-free. I reached out to the team in October with plans of installing the system before the end of year cut-off for the federal rebate. The team was able to accommodate and get the system up and running by mid December.The install process was easy, smooth and fast. They were in and out within a couple of hours. The team was super communicative about timing and expectations. The battery and panels were up with very little fuss and the team was on their way quickly after arrival.

My main concerns revolved around my home's aging infrastructure—an end-of-life composite roof, an electrical panel likely needing an upgrade, and the fact that my house was originally built in 1953 and remodeled in 1990. These issues made me hesitant, but North Valley Solar tackled every challenge with precision.Their team replaced the composite roof, addressing structural concerns by repairing rot and installing new endcaps and vents. They also upgraded the electrical service to ensure a seamless connection between my home and the new solar system. The installation consisted of 16 solar panels and three 5KV batteries, providing an efficient and sustainable energy solution.I opted for the leasing option to avoid upfront costs, with the flexibility to buy out the lease in the future. Overall, North Valley Solar Power delivered excellent service, addressing every challenge with expertise and care.
