Call them. I had an inverter go out and my original contractor was out of business. I had a neighbor recommend Nicholas and I am so grateful for the connection. He is extremely easy to work with and can help with any challenging solar issues. I am working with them on a 2nd project and they are just a pleasure to work with. Very satisfied and repeat customer.
I initially dealt with energy aid but they refused to give me a quote or ballpark estimate to replace two solar panels on the phone which I cannot understand at all. They're representative said he cannot give me a quote or an estimate for a specific type of job because I could sue them which is ridiculous. I would never get estimates at an auto repair shop, I would never get an estimate to put in a pool, it made absolutely no sense so I canceled my appointment with them and went with the solar panel Dr. They gave me a ballpark estimate I have two new solar panels within 4 days at a very reasonable price.
After getting a shady upsell quote from another local solar company (Energy Aid), I found the Solar Panel Doctors and I’m VERY glad I did! Their quote for repairing my existing solar system was fairly priced and Jasmine in the main office was incredibly helpful. When it came time to make the repair, technicians Daniel and Marc were friendly, fast, clearly good at what they do, and they did a terrific job. It took less than an hour to make the repair and get my system fully running again. I’m very pleased, and anytime I need any other work done (maintenance, clearing, expansion) I’m definitely going to call The Solar Panel Doctors—highly recommended. Thanks, guys!
My original solar installer went out of business, leaving me to fend for myself on repair and warranty issues.I had an issues with a panel under producing and needed panel cleaning as well. Finding a local business that does cleaning AND repairs was difficult... Enter Solar Panel Doctors. They cleaned my panels at a reasonable price, replaced a warrantied micro-inverter and did the services necessary for me to follow up and receive warranty coverage on the faulty panel. If you're in a similar boat, don't hesitate to reach out to the Solar Panel Doctors. It's great to know that there's someone around to help after these other businesses go defunct!
My experience with The Solar Panel Doctors was great. They truly are doctors of solar panels and systems. They were able to diagnose several faults with the wiring and inverter/ DC disconnect. There was a few bumps in the road but with the help of the solar panel doctors reaching out to the manufacturer and getting two replacement inverters as fast as possible. Two because the first one didnt work due to the DC disconnect not working. No fault of installer. They did a fantastic job with the installation of the new inverter. I would highly recommend this good honest company to anyone who needs help with their Solar system.
