Solar Power Integrator installed two FranklinWH batteries, integrating seamlessly with our existing solar power system and Generac backup generator. Their workmanship was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the process, and trained on the use of the controlling app. We have been able to maximize the use of our new batteries using the built-in feature in the app to work with our electric company's free nights contract, and have significantly reduced our electric bill to between $20 and $30 a month which is outstanding considering I drive an electric car and charge at home.
My solar company Sunnova was unable to service my panels and kept giving me a run around for two months and counting! I called SPI and Cathy helped me more than my own company could. She told me steps I could take and things she would do to help get them back up and running! She is the sweetest and I Loved chit chatting with her. Even though her team was pretty booked up she found a way to squeeze me in as soon as they could. When their tech came out he knew exactly what needed to be done and wasted no time. Had an issue with my generator about a year ago they came out and fixed it promptly just yesterday. Had a problem with my solar panels not working. They sent a guy out. He got up there and worked his ass off very fast. Very efficient. Did a great job got everything working and got our solar panels sent off for warranty. These guys are great and very reasonable.
Gianluca, the owner, installed solar panels on our house 6 years ago. Not only did he do an excellent job back then but he still checks our system routinely. Earlier in the year, he noticed that one of our micro inverters was no longer working but still under warranty and had a new one shipped and replaced without any cost to us (we hadn't even noticed that it was down). That is amazing customer service! Every time he and his crew have come to our house, they have been on time, very professional, amazingly quiet and did a great job. I highly recommend them. I have never dealt with a contractor with such high level of customer service.
