Shakeem and Jerry Soto were great helping me to figure out and help me with my solar panels even though I didn’t have an account with them they went above and beyond. That’s customer service I have been in medical field for over 20 yrs and the company I’m with a company always said to treat everyone Como Familia and that what these two did. Valeria cut through all of that and set me up for success. Her communication was thorough, clear and timely. I believe the work would not have been completed under warrantee without her. When is a warranty enrolled?

A Certified Provider enrolls the warranty in Solar Insure's platform when the system is commissioned.

Are initial diagnostic visits covered?

An initial diagnostic is covered when a manufacturer defect is identified and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued. If no defect or issue is found, the labor cost is not covered.
