Our experience with Newport Solar was excellent in every way from the initial quote to installation and getting the system on the grid. We ended up having 14 panels and 3 batteries installed in December 2025, with a design that looks great and integrates perfectly into our system with tidy wiring and seamless connection to our home and grid. They got the system inspected and connected to the grid just days after the panels were on the roof! Everyone we worked with was personable and professional with excellent communication throughout the process. We had lots of questions and even explored several design options for our system and we always got quick and thorough answers by email and phone. I am also very impressed with the Enphase and Silfab components they use and know extremely well (much of which are made in USA). Our whole system connects to an Enphase app that tracks the functioning and production of our system clearly in real time. We talked to several companies but Newport Solar really stood out with their detailed plan, clear pricing and no pressure. As a small business you get the sense that everyone at Newport Solar cares about doing the highest quality work in a fair, efficient, and transparent manner. I highly recommend working with Newport Solar!
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Newport Solar. From the very first phone call to installation, we were met with professionalism and a high degree of knowledge and the willingness to walk us through each step of the way (possibly multiple times). They only work with the best products. Their communication is top tier. I am impressed with their level of detail and overall impressed and very excited for our new system!

Newport Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had 36 panels installed on our home and detached garage. Despite the huge backlog of customers they faced with the elimination of the solar tax credits, Newport Solar met every deadline and kept us informed throughout the entire process. In fact, if it weren't for our city inspector dragging his feet on the project approval I'm sure it would have gone even faster! I would definitely recommend Newport Solar to anyone looking to get a high-quality solar system installed by a highly professional company and team. It might be tough to get them to help out in Woonsocket though! Sorry for the trouble the city gave you, Newport Solar! You've got some very happy customers though!

We were kept informed as to the planning, scheduling and day of delivery throughout the process. The installation team was polite and very efficient. They would stop to explain things whenever i had a question. Great Team, Great Product, Great Company !!!!
