Salesman was a good kid. Very genuine and helpful.BUT your back office dropped the ball in scheduling my energy survey/assessment. Appointment was made, but no one showed up. Energy assessment company said that PosiGen didn't schedule the appointment correctly. Now I have to wait until April for them o come out.

From home inspections, installation and town inspector visit, they were there at every step. We had a whole new meter panel installed and paid zero out of pocket for any of the work or installation! Even for our small home of 1600 sq ft, the 16 panels we had installed has produced almost a years worth of Electricity in 6 months and has resulted in zero charges from Eversource since. No more price hikes from Eversource and crazy delivery costs. Riley and PosiGen are the best thing you can do.
I had a good experience with PosiGen , it started with Riley the solar guy who is very informative and polite. He really knows his stuff so much that i recommend his service to my sister Nita Henderson. The whole crew were professional from the energy savers crews, electricans, to the installers it been a good experience.

I started the solar process twice and both times backed out, my neighbors used PosiGen and gave me their contact his name is Riley. He was absolutely the best no pressure at all. The bottom line was i signed on and every phase was so smooth no problems at all. My electric bill was averaging $919 per month after the install of 42 panels my first electric bill arrived it was $7.77 i think that says it all. PosiGen was great from the salesman to the installers to customer service. I give them a 5* review based on my experience with the company. Oh one more FYI the entire process was completed without one red cent out of pocket anyone not installing solar while the incentives are there are absolutely crazy call Riley i assure you your review will mimic mine!!Thank You PosiGenBrain Cerruto
