Did not arrive at scheduled time. I had to call the business myself to find out where they were and why they were not at my home when they were scheduled. Arrived 3 hours late. I would not have been frustrated about this if they would have communicated with me instead of me having to track them down. I took the day off from work for this appointment...just a little communication is all I ask for.
The tech was fantastic! Took care of the problem Generac sent him out to deal with and listened to me when I talked about problems I have been having since installation with Solar Titan. He managed to, after talking to Generac, fix another issue that was due to improper installation and let me know about other possible concerns due to improper installation that the installers (that are involved in a federal lawsuit) did incorrectly.It was nice to have someone validate that I knew something was wrong with the system and it was not working right.
