As I began looking for a company to add batteries to the solar system another company had installed two years ago, I was very happy when I found Solar Wave. Not only did they use the same brand of panels my system used, but they did something I saw NOWHERE else. They listed prices right on their website! They told me exactly what it would cost to add the batteries (and that price NEVER changed). All of the people I worked with at Solar Wave were friendly, on time, and definitely knew what they were doing. The process took longer than any of us expected, but all of that was because Aurora has stringent standards and codes, and not because of any fault of Solar Wave.In fact, as I became aware that taxes and rebates were going to be changing effective January 1, 2026, I decided to add a third battery and the additional panels that would make that purchase make economic sense. I made this decision in the beginning of November, but Solar Wave was able to procure everything that was needed AND install it before the holidays even though there was a high demand from other end-of-year projects.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They do what they say and they charge exactly what they tell you on the website. The most trustworthy people I have ever dealt with on a construction project or really any other major purchase.
A fantastic experience from start all the way to the end. Upfront, transparent pricing and fantastic design tools. Spot on with the install schedule estimate and able to get the planned components during the rush at the end of 2025. And the install team - electricians and roof team were friendly, professional and just great. Highly recommend the SolarWave team and will not hesitate work with them in the future!

Win-win! Additionally, Steven (owner) and his team were always professional and communicated effectively letting us know each step with timelines.
