The set up and install process was seamless and easy. Almost too easy. Miles is great and stays on top of the project from start to finish. Completing battery storage with him now and my first experience was not an anomaly. He is just as responsive and helpful as before. Not many companies are able to say that. We had been thinking about solar for a long time but didn't want to deal with all the annoying sales guys and overpriced, shady companies - we spent a lot of time doing our own research on solar and pricing before moving forward on both of our properties in Arvada.We usually do everything ourselves and don't hire things out but we needed to for solar installation - so of course we were extremely picky about who to use for this.Miles was excellent to work with and provided top-notch customer service every step of the way.He was not salesy or pushy at all, which was one of the first things that made us choose Upslope Solar. He also really knows what he is talking about and clarified some things for us and answered our remaining questions thoroughly.Miles is a great communicator, honest guy, solar expert, and we can confirm after many hours of research that his rates were fantastic and his company is charging very reasonable and competetive prices. I met Miles at a Denver home show earlier this year. I wasn’t locked in on pulling the trigger on solar yet, but went to the home show to get a few quotes. By far, upslope had the most competitive pricing and Miles was upfront with all costs and expectations. I did not feel pressure when talking to Miles and it wasn’t until over 6 months later that I decided to move forward with it. Before pulling the trigger, I did my due diligence and reached out to friends that are in the solar business in another state to ensure everything in my proposal including parts and costs were legit. Everything checked out and it was by far the most reasonable system when comparing it price per Kw. Miles was able to draft up a plan that others weren’t willing to do. I.e.I have a lot of peaks on my roof and other companies were not willing to install 1 single panel on a roof pitch. Miles was able to get me a system that would offset over 100% of my current usage, whereas other companies weren’t even able to get to 100% and cost WAY more. The install went flawlessly and activation was only a week after. Overall great company to work and I would highly recommend. Miles is a standup guy and was always available to answer my questions.
