Eagle point installed a solar array on our home Fall of 2025 and they did a nice job. The planning and communication with this company is very good. I was always kept up-to-date on what was going on with my installation and when we turned it on for the first time, there was one set of panels that wasn't working and someone came right out and found and fixed the problem. Very responsive group and good to work with.In my research on solar installers in my area, I called my city electric office and they said they regularly see Eagle Point Solar's documentation come through their office and they are a great company to work with - that put my mind at ease. When the semi driver came to drop the panels off for our installation, I asked him how he liked doing jobs for Eagle Point and he flat out said he loves to drive things for Eagle Point because they have their "stuff" together (but he didn't use the word "stuff" :)).Couldn't be happier with our install.
I've ridden the fence for years trying to decide on investing in solar. Chris and the team at the Des Moines Eagle Point location were the deciding factor. Eagle Point beat the competitors in price point and warranties. Service was exactly as promised; timely, responsive, and supportive to all my inquiries. If customer service and a quality product is what you value, then Eagle Point is worth your time.

In 2022 we research Solar installers and Eagle Solar name came to the top of my pile. I had them do an assessment and they were very attentive to our needs and wishes.In 2023 they installed our Solar array and a battery storage system. Once it was turned on they continued to give assistance from their engineers to optimize the system to meet our needs. I couldn’t be happier with the work and after sales service.
Overall great experience with Eagle Point Solar last year. I did not choose to buy any solar package for our home due to some economic headwinds and planned downsizing. However, Ron gave a very professional and thorough explanation of how the solar setup works, tax logistics, roof/hail claims, warranty, etc. The engineers provided a couple of panel options and Kwh output based on my bill, and it was really interesting to see how it absolutely can move you close or near a net-zero electricity bill based on your output and consumption. Eagle Point was a great entity to reach out to, and I will choose them if/when we do decide to go solar on our home. Thank you.
