We’ve had an amazing experience so far. David has been extremely thorough, patient, and has taken the time to answer all of our questions. What initially started as an issue with our solar panels (Installed by another company) not producing power turned into a full diagnosis, clear repair options, and even upgrade recommendations we didn’t realize were available.We worked with Connor, the door to door rep, and David during the sign up process. Both were excellent. David is was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire experience comfortable and stress free.This experience has already been completely different from the company we originally used for our solar installation. With our previous installer, we never received this level of communication, transparency, or follow through. With this company, we finally feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward.Everything has been clearly explained, expectations have been set upfront, and the planning process has been smooth. Their pricing is very competitive compared to market rates (we researched thoroughly) and the proposed cost for the AC, battery, Circuit breaker replacement, and inverter is very fair.While installation hasn’t happened yet, the experience so far has been night and day compared to our prior solar company, and we feel confident moving forward with them.Highly recommend based on our experience to date.
