We are very happy with the service we receive from Alternative. I was not able to be home for the service. Our technician, Daryl came and completed the warranty service call and was kind enough to call me and explain what he’d done. Kudos to Daryl for his hard work and professionalism. I just went thru the solar installation process thru 8M Solar and i am extremely impressed with their service. I did some research and received price quotes from few companies. Starting with my first phone call with 8M in which the representative was highly knowledgeable and explained the whole process clearly, all the way until completion and turning on solar power, 8M has been amazing to work with. They were very organized and timely and went thru every step of approval process with HoA, Duke energy and Town council, very diligently. If you are on the market for domestic solar panel installation, I highly recommend 8M!!
