We have had Pro West perform a variety of jobs for us - solar panels, light fixtures, etc. - and have appreciated their knowledge, approachability, friendliness, and quality of work.Recently we had to get two fixtures replaced and Mitchell not only replaced the two broken fixtures, but took time to quickly look at the other similar fixtures to ensure they were 'sealed'/protected from the elements. Appreciated it!
I’m very satisfied with Pro West on the installation of a home EV charger. They attended my request very quickly, presented the different approaches and discussed the pros and cons of each one with me. The installer came on time and did a very professional work for about 4 hours until finished upon technical satisfaction. I tested it and worked just fine. The city's inspector came a few days later and approved the installation. I highly recommend this company for its accuracy, efficiency and kindness
Service and response time from this team was fantastic! Joey and Henry were efficient and effective with troubleshoot and the resolve for the electrical needs at the house. We look forward to working with them for our future solar project and hot tub projects. UPDATE: We recently had our switches and light fixtures upgraded by Mitchell and strongly recommend him!
I hired Pro West to change an electrical receptacle for our new dryer. Joey was fantastic and went above and beyond with great communication. He texted regularly about the time he would arrive, exact cost and I really appreciated how clean and tidy the work was. I will absolutely book them again for future jobs.I also appreciate that they were willing to come out for a very small job. I had contacted over 12 local electrical companies and only 3 got back to me (as it was a very small job). Thank you so much for a great experience!
We had prowest install our electrical for our hot tub, from the beginning to the end they were excellent to deal with. The install team did a fantastic job, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed with their entire team and highly recommend for any electrical work.
