I ordered a 600 Watt Grape Solar panel kit from Lowes in November 2020. When I opened the box for one of the panels it was totally shattered. I took it back to the store and they said I had to return the whole system. They also gave me Grape Solar's phone number. I was disappointed when I left but called Grape Solar when I got home. They asked me to send pictures and they sent out a new panel that arrived in about a week or less. The new panel worked well. I also had a problem with my charge controller and they remedied that quickly. I think they make a good product and they certainly stand behind it. Today my 600 watt system was putting out so much electricity that I had to plug in my nearly 20 year old refrigerator as well as the smaller chest freezer I usually have plugged in and it was still putting out more than enough energy for both.

I bought my Grape Solar panel mounting kit through Lowe's and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm new to solar equipment installation and the people at Grape Solar were extremely helpful. The kit was very high quality and well engineered so that even I could do the 12 panel install by myself. I highly recommend Grape Solar for great products and fantastic customer service.

I've made 3 purchases for expandable solar kits.
The first was for 2 200w kits.
The second was for 2 expansion panels.
600w divided into 2 separate systems, each with thier own controller and battery bank.
Both controllers melted, one became destroyed.
Ordered replacement for one.
Three weeks ago I ordered 2 200w kits.
Those kits did not come with connectors.
Today I was messaged from my off grid friends I bought and installed the panels for, that another controller melted down.
I have decades of experience installing 12-24v car and RV DC electrical and 115-230v AC.
I followed the Grape Solar instructions and my installation is verified through a 3rd party.
Grape Solar representative was dismissive of product fault.

We have two 400 watt Grape solar kits installed for the last four plus years and we live completely off grid on Mount Rainier. We have never had a problem and even the cloudiest of days our battery bank is charged. I wouldn't go anywhere else they know there stuff and can help with any questions. Thank you for making such a great dependable easy to install kit! My son and husband designed the solar array sun tracker frame and we ordered the Rolls Trojan batteries and these panels on a sunny day can charge them in about 15 minutes to full we can run our camper on the excess energy easily using the inverter. Beautiful system and all we here is the sound of the birds and river! Love the quality and so glad we choose Grape Solar a USA company!
