Kudos to Ryan and his great team, particularly those in operations with Matt, Sabrina & Chantal, who have patiently listened and answered my myriad of followup questions. Just had my solar panels and batteries installed by Isaksen and I am thoroughly impressed with the dedication and professionalism of their installation crew. Led by Jacob, this crew worked over the past two days in sub zero temps and strong winds to get my project (37 panels + 2 batteries) completed before the end of year deadline to qualify for the expiring Federal Residential Clean Energy Credit (30% incentive off the cost of the system). They even brought a second crew on the first day to get the bulk of the work done and ensure my project was fully completed and operational in 2025. I’m looking forward to being energy independent in the New Year!

I invited several solar companies to my home;( 6 to be exact) we listened , learned and were educated in making the best decision and that was Isaksen Solar. we had the solar for half a year and could not be more satisfied. great customer service, the salesman Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy and the install crew was very professional clean and tidy, and you could tell they had the experience. I had requested if they could aesthetically place panels as uniform and clean as possible. they look great

Isaksen Solar was great and easy to work with. Michelle DeMelo was a huge help as she walked my parents through everything and explained everything to them thoroughly. She made the process very easy. The Foreman on the job, Joe Ouellette was also very professional and did an excellent job. Joe and his crew worked very quickly and efficiently and did not disturb us in any way during the install. Overall great experience working with Isaksen Solar. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!! Few Photos included but I couldn't capture the roof in front of the house where most of the panels are. They aren't visible from the street, which is a nice added bonus.

Highly Recommend. The staff is professional and accessible through out the entirety of the project. Bob Hinckley, sales rep, was attentive to every question and conversations were followed up with detailed notes of any question I had been asking via email. Once a contract was signed he remained in constant contact until the project was complete. Office staff, specifically Sabrina DaSilva, were also friendly, informative, and helpful. Site crew was well kept and very professional. All employees were pleasant and down to earth.

Installation was clean and precise. They attend to the customer wishes and don't just slap it on like you see with many other installations. Their goal throughout the process was to insure a clean design that the customer was happy with. Any changes to the design are presented to you for final approval.

Overall, very satisfied with the service and work from Isaksen.

I realized I lost my solar inverter when I got a hefty electric bill. I got the inverter shipped through solar edge, under warranty, but I needed to have it installed and connected to my system. I called a couple of places and got very vague estimates, far more expensive than Isaksen Solar. I got in touch with Lexi, who is excellent at her job, and she immediately took all the stress and the legwork away after I explained I had the solar inverter coming. She quoted me a fair price and when the inverter didn't show up as fast as I would have liked she kept in touch and came right out in a 3-day window I had before leaving on vacation. Isaksen solar was responsive, professional, and informative throughout the process. They will always be my first call if I need maintenance on my solar system. Thanks again Lexi!

Working with Isaksen Solar to convert to a solar electric system has been one of the least stressful things I have ever done! The whole process has been painless, worry-free, streamlined, and efficient. Ken took care of permitting and other things related to the project from start to finish, the installers were professional and respectful, and Sabrina has followed up after conversion. They have been available to answer questions, educate me, and provide details when needed. It was fantastic to see a zero balance due on the first bill from National Grid today. It was also wonderful to see the credits on the account! I would highly recommend Isaksen Solar to anyone looking to convert to solar power.

Cannot rave enough about Isaksen! We were constantly being approached by solar companies but after research found Isaksen was the best fit. It started from our initial sales conversation (no pressure, working with us), through permitting, project installation and after - their customer service is superior! They answered all of our questions, helped with all the paperwork and next steps and kept us informed along the way.

The finished work is phenomenal and doesn’t have a noticeable or bulky look on the house (picture proof). I love that we have an app to monitor our production and usage daily, monthly, yearly, etc. We’ve been using solar for 4 months and seeing a $0 is truly the most remarkable feeling. If you are considering solar, Isaksen is the way to go!!!

The Isaksen team has been a pleasure to work from start to finish on my solar install! I typically don't write reviews, but these google reviews are how I was able to land on going with Isaksen so it was only right that give a review to help the next person who is on the fence on which company to go with. Bob on the sales team was great! He went though all the possible ways in which we could obtain solar, all the benefits to going solar, and all the warranty information. He was always available by phone or text before during and after install and I felt confident in Isaksen the whole way through. When install day came the crew looked for the best way for the conduit to be hidden so that the solar panels looked as clean and slick as possible. It was windy on install day so they were able to get all the wiring done, but needed to come back the following week to get the panels on. The next day I got a call from Jacob on the crew and said that they could come by to get the panels on since they were in the area! During install there was some silicone that ended up getting on a couple of panels, Jacob was up front and let me know and said that I could call the office to get the panels replaced. Mistakes happen, I truly appreciated the honesty! Panels effective by the silicone were replaced within a couple of days. Within a couple of weeks from install I was up and running. Isaksen is the way to go if you want solar!! I would recommend them without any hesitation!
