I had the solar panels cleaned, all the pigeon poop and nests removed, and got the critter gaurd installed. Bryan took the time to explain the warranty and showed me the material used to install the critter guard. They’re my go to every summer to clean my solar panels moving forward!
We had issues with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. We needed the solar panels cleaned underneath and also a barrier installed to prevent the pigeons from returning. I had called over the weekend ready to leave a message but the owner answered immediately and was able to schedule a date and time to come to the home and give us an estimate. We decided to move forward with the project, and we’re so glad we did! Looking forward to no more pigeons and no more mess on our driveway! He was very attentive and professional, and the work was done timely. Very satisfied with my experience!
I'm writing this review about a year after having BC Solar out to install a pigeon barrier around our solar panels. Let me start by saying the customer service here is top notch! Our installation went great, they even use cloths to make sure the ladders don't scuff up anything. They cleaned up all of the mess from the pigeons, showed me photos, and installed the barrier.About a year went by and one of our solar panels stopped working needed to be replaced by a different company. We made another appointment with BC solar to have the pigeon barrier added onto the new replacement panel. When the solar panel replacement company was working on the panel, they mentioned to me that this was one of the best pigeon barrier set ups they had seen and that they don't usually see it done this well. So, props to BC Solar on a great product!Everything has held up nicely and has kept those pesky pigeons out of our panels. Thank you for great customer service and a job well done!
I moved into a new home with solar panels and shortly thereafter had pigeons nesting under them. The noise and mess were horrible. I never knew that pigeons could be an issue with solar panels. I was having problems with pigeons under my solar panels. I contacted BC Solar and Bryan explained the entire process and he was very friendly and professional. We had some bad weather during the project, but Bryan and his team was committed and finished the job once the weather was better. They did a great job and I no longer wake up to the sound of pigeons.
