I am on the fence with my review and hoping maybe by posting a review someone may finally fully contact me and help me! We have had solar for over a year now which is absolutely great until I have been trying to reach someone to fully help me and get our data box and app fixed! We have not had data in over a month and recently got a power bill on top of our solar bill but because we can’t see what’s going on with our panels we don’t know if something’s not working or what. I was sent an email by Crystal with a how to rest the internet but when I responded that I don’t have the options on our app that the link provided I got nothing back. I am frustrated as I have called and left several messages at the office number with no call back and lack of support. If I am barking up the wrong tree and need to be calling a different spot for support heck just tell me. Ugh!!

Do not listen to what these people tell you. Adding solar to your house is great, but when we were sold our system, we already had the intentions of moving in the next year or two. We were told solar would increase the price of our house and it would make our house easier to sell. That was entirely not the case. Our home value did not improve at all and no one wanted to buy our house with the panels on them. Every single person who considered making an offer either told us to pay off the loan or remove them. The former being impossible for us, we talked about removing them. After speaking with one of the owners, he mentioned it would be possible. Then shortly after he said they couldn’t. We even went through three real estate agents and if it wasn’t for the damn solar panels, we would have sold our house within the first month. Even better yet, now we have to deal with damn pigeons on our roof that are loud as hell. By far one of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made.

Highly recommend this company. They are not pushy or high pressure and make sure to not oversell your needs. The owners of the company are extremely kind and are there for you every step of the process. The installers were courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves. The panel install placement is perfect and they make sure to hide any extra conduit in the attic so it looks seamless. Definitely check these guys out if you are debating with who to go with!
