Customer feedback is mixed. Positive reviews highlight knowledgeable staff, thorough design and installation processes, and willingness to service systems installed by other companies. Critical reviews cite communication gaps, longer-than-expected timelines, and disputes related to roofing impacts and tax credit expectations. Overall ratings reflect a blend of strong outcomes alongside some project management concerns.

This review is a long time in the making for me and my wife. We have had the worst two years dealing with roofing issues that resulted from ProSolar installing their solar panels on my roof. Feel free to see a very long and detailed review from Jennifer here on Google as well. We are both entitled to post because we both dealt with them multiple times. But in a nutshell, these people installed their solar panels on an original roof (that was fine via home inspection) and they caused chaos worth of damages multiple times trying to repair their own work. Then tried to sell me a new roof AFTER installing panels when they couldn’t fix their own damages. I’m glad this is finally behind me, but it wasn’t them who stood by their work or warranty’s to help me! Instead they even blocked me from calling them even though they had to answer to me under warranty. Super unethical business practices and Jorge and Leo should not be able to sleep at night with the way they treated me and my wife! I had to reach out to insurances and attorneys because of these people. This company can reply to this review all they want to, but the truth stands! MY truth. Reviews are for peoples personal experiences whether the business likes that or not and this is my experience with ProSolar! Do better! Good riddance!

Salesperson Leonardo De Andrade lied and told me that my new metal roof that was just installed prior to the solar installation would also be included for the clean energy tax credit. He grossly overestimated the credit I would be able to claim for tax purposes which made the cost of the system not make sense at all. Installation took forever. Communication was terrible. I would not recommend this company AT ALL.

As an engineer, I truly appreciated Prosolar’s disciplined, well-controlled process and the professionalism demonstrated at every stage—from sales and contracting to planning, installation, invoicing, and system activation.

Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, capable, and clearly took pride in their work. During the design and installation phases, the team actively collaborated with me and gladly accommodated several special installation requests. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

With the deadline for tax incentives approaching, their crews worked over the weekend and all day on Christmas Eve to ensure that the system was installed and operational before year-end. Amazing!!!

The solar industry is unfortunately fraught with bad actors, which initially made me hesitant to install solar in my home. However, after two friends and my architect strongly recommended Prosolar, I decided to move forward. I’m extremely glad I did. The experience truly could not have been better.

Answer to my prayers. The solar company that installed my panels are no longer in business. Our microinverters went down and needed a fuse. I spent such a long time looking for a company and no one would touch someone else’s panels —-pro Solar came to the rescue. Franly was absolutely amazing. He not only fixed my issue he went above and beyond. He explained certain things to us about our system That we didn’t know, walked us around and made us feel familiar with all the different parts and how they function. I finally feel good about my solar again knowing ProSolar and especially Franly will take care of me!

I was hesitating about 4 or 5 start review, sadly we cannot put 4.5 or similar, I think this review should be something around 4.5 and 4.75

I installed a 11kw system with Prosolar including roof replacement. The project is now completed, but the process was not totally perfect, if you are wondering about if I would do it again, my answer is yes

Bad things about the project
- When you sign they say in 3 months your project should be completed, mine took from October 17th (sign) to May 19th (meter replacement) do your math on this.
- If after reading point 1 you think you can blame the city and permissions approval, then keep reading. According to Prosolar schedule their engineering department should take 1 month to plan the project, in my case they took 2 months.
- You can add another 15 days for Prosolar to start working after the permits were approved
- And on top of that you can add another month after the full work was completed for my power company to replace the meter,
