Admittedly my boyfriend and I were hesitant at first, but we could not be happier with our experience. We have not paid for anything other than the meter fee and our fixed solar payment that was lower than our average utility bill out the door. There were no upfront nor hidden costs, and our sales rep Justin Benton was 100% transparent, taking the time to read through the contract with us in detail, as well as ensuring we had a downloaded copy on our laptop. Justin made sure that everything promised (warranties, licenses, proof that they don’t subcontract anyone, specifications for the equipment itself). The company is veteran owned, using only American made equipment ????. He also always made sure to text or call back the same day without fail. Both the company and Justin made us feel that this was the safe decision, and we couldn’t be happier to have moved forward with Momentum.
